This website
This website is a static site. It does not use cookies for tracking, analytics, advertising or social media plugins. Fonts and images are served from our own site.
If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is stored in your own browser (local storage) so the site remembers it. It is never sent to us.
Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, the time of your visit and the page you requested in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Release notes from GitHub
The latest release information on the home and news pages is loaded from GitHub (raw.githubusercontent.com) by your browser. GitHub then receives your IP address, as with any request to its servers. See GitHub's privacy statement.
Contact form
When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, the optional company name, the topic and your message. We use these to answer you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering questions and, where you ask for an offer, taking steps before entering into a contract. We keep the message for as long as needed to handle your request and our follow-up, and delete it afterwards unless we have a business relationship or the law requires us to keep it.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter we process your email address and, if you give it, your name. The legal basis is your consent. We use the email service MailerLite to send the newsletter. Every email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
Support
Support requests go through our support portal, a public repository on GitHub. Anything you post there is public. Do not post personal or confidential data in it.
Apps and documentation
How our Business Central apps handle data is described on the privacy page of our documentation. In short: the apps process operational data inside your own Business Central tenant and your own Azure subscription. We do not receive that data.
Who we share data with
We share data only with the providers that help us run the site and the services above (hosting, email delivery, newsletter, GitHub), and only as far as needed. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to our processing, ask us to restrict it and ask for a copy in a portable format. Write to info@1vision365.com. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest change.
